(Arlington, VA) November 13, 2002 - Robert Slye Electronics, Inc. was presented with rave reviews
following its 2002 Slye Technology Showcase on October 24, 2002. The event showcased Slye’s
new two-story facility, new divisions, as well as a variety of exhibitors. The cold day didn’t
stop guests from attending and they enjoyed themselves by learning about amazing new technologies,
talking with the knowledgeable Slye staff and eating the wonderful catered food!

AMX is known for their user-friendly control systems. They were on hand to exhibit their new Modero touch panel which enhances their touch panel line by adding color, animation and further control capability to AMX’s lineup.

The Showcase featured the CDS 4000 system, a "daisy-chain" connection between advanced speaker/microphone units with "push to talk" capabilities.
Display Systems Collaborative is an Independent Sales Consulting company, established to represent manufacturers of various Large Screen Display technologies.
Extron is known for computer-video interfaces, switchers, distribution amplifiers, computer-video scan converters, and high resolution cable.
GE Interlogix is a global technology leader dedicated to supporting the needs of the rapidly growing electronic security industry while integrating with commercially available technologies. The GE Interlogix team displayed the Advent Home Navigator System and the Advent Commercial System
JBL manufactures speakers for home audio and commercial sound systems.
NEC offers high-quality projection and video display systems. Multiple plasma screen displays and projectors were on display including a 61” Plasma and the SX6000, a 5000 lumen DLP projector for large venues.
Polycom develops, manufactures and markets a full range of high-quality, easy-to-use and affordable voice and video communication endpoints, video management software, web conferencing software, multi-network gateways, and multipoint conferencing and network access solutions.
Samsung manufactures a full line of VHS VCRs, televisions, DVD players and visual presenters for commercial and personal use.

Congratulations to the winners of our door prizes! The grand prize was two tickets to a Redskins
