Warranty
Slye offers a standard one-year warranty on each system. During the one-year warranty period the Slye service staff are fully devoted to the upkeep of your system. Service personnel are on call and will arrive at your site on demand for immediate service on problems related to equipment and/or systems failure. For instances of equipment failure requiring immediate repair, a Slye service technician will respond by phone within the same business day of notification by phone that a problem exists. A technician will respond on site no later than the second business day.
The warranty start date is based on one of the following criteria:
- Substantial Completion
- Beneficial Occupancy or Use
- System Acceptance.
Warranties will provide coverage for defective material, workmanship, or software. Warranties may vary from project to project depending upon the needs of the customer and the specifics of each contract.
