Since each system installed by Slye is unique, so is our optional system maintenance service. Our service technicians have the knowledge of your system's history as well as the particular details that make your system special. For those clients who wish to keep their Slye system operating at the optimal level we offer our Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire preventative maintenance packages. Our experienced service team is factory authorized by most major manufacturers, trained in control system programming and dedicated to the needs of our clients. They can aid clients with maintenance, service, repairs, operations support, training and fine tuning of any system from the smallest conference room to the largest auditorium.

What a Slye Maintenance Entails...

Slye’s preventative maintenances include inspection, cleaning, adjustment and more for all Slye equipment in the facility. Each room of your system will be hand checked and tested by one of our experience technicians ensuring that every detail of the system is intact and operable.	With our top level maintenance plans, Slye offers a pool of on-site service hourse free of charge. This provides our clients with Slye's top notch service without the hassle of frequent billings. A log of services performed will be sent to you following each visit from Slye.	Slye includes operations support so that an experienced Slye staff member can be with you for important events ensuring everything runs smoothly. Should you choose our training option, a Slye staff member will will train members of your team as needed.	Slye includes repairs of specified commonly used equipment and parts in our maintenance packages. We also include software updates, removal and reinstallation of repaired equipment. Our goal is to ensure that while your equipment is being repaired your system is still operable.
