The following are services available under Slye's GSA Schedule. However, please note:
- Slye's "Terms and Conditions" and "Room Readiness" statments apply.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- All prices are in US dollars ($).
- Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.
- Work outside of Slye's normal business hours is subject to "emergency" rates.
- Travel and expenses are not included in the listed prices.

PROCEDURE FOR IN-WARRANTY SERVICE*
- Slye's "Terms and Conditions" and "Room Readiness" statments apply.
- Telephone Slye's Service Department to discuss the concern (it simply may be
improper operation or use of equipment. Often the difficulty can be resolved during a brief telephone
conversation). All telephone calls are at government expense. Collect calls will not be accepted.
- If Slye determines that factory service is required during a phone conversation, repack the unit securely in its original factory carton or
satisfactory carton or satisfactory shipping container.
- Ship the unit via surface freight (insured for value of item) to:

Attention: GOVERNMENT SERVICE PRIORITY
- Enclose a brief note describing the concern or equipment failure. Indicate the date of purchase from
Slye. Include the name and telephone number of the person to be contacted should additional
information be required by service technician.
- Indicate full name and address for equipment return and any identification number required by the
government facility.
- The equipment will recieve highest priority service attention and be returned to the address via surface freight
pre-paid-insured.
- If any questions arise concerning service or parts replacement, the Slye's Service
Manager will be pleased to assist you.
